«Más allá de los sueños» con Robie Williams, si la recuerdan es la historia de un médico que fallece, aparece en un mundo trascendente, y habita en una Pintura que su esposa estaba pintando cuando él fallece. Es una especie de paraíso. Esta película habla del misterio de la Conciencia, de un estado que está más allá del dolor y la muerte, y en especial de la creatividad para crear los mundos que nosotros queramos. El estado de Presencia, de estar ahí en las cosas simples, de no estar tanto en la mente sino reposar en la conciencia, en estados que nos dan calma, energía y creatividad para lograr lo que nosotros queremos crear.

Los seres evolucionados en la historia nos enseñan que el Ser no puede ser destruído. La Conciencia es como el espacio. Todo pasa y es impermanente, pero la conciencia que percibe y recuerda queda presente en el tiempo eterno.
Esta tradición es la que han seguido autores como Sócrates, Solzhenitsyn, Victor Frankl y la gran Simone Well.
Enseñanzas que hay que volver a recuperar. Para recordar, sanar y regenerar.

Es el aire en esta estación, llega con indescriptibles dones, Para contemplar, sentir y aprender, Cómo podemos describir la experiencia de estar vivos en este momento, no hay palabras, no hay explicaciones; Este cálido aire, el infinito horizonte como el océano, con magníficos colores, Es el pasto, cuando pones tus pies en él, es la fragancia de árboles y flores, es la percepción de todo esto, y es todo junto, un cosmos, una unidad, somos esto, somos naturaleza;
Es el florecer de conciencia, una primavera individual y social; ¿Como puedo describir la percepción de este instante de Realidad? Solo hay Símbolos: palabras, números, gráficos, etc. No es música! No es la esencia… Hemos aprendido a respetar y cuidar la naturaleza solo en nuestra mente, pero no en nuestros corazones, nuestra esencia; La esencia de este preciso instante es para nuestra profunda conciencia, nuestra oportunidad para aprender en esta tierra;
Para percibirlo es necesaria atención y enfoque en este preciso instante, momento a momento, y comprender la infinita manifestación de vida en cada segundo, en cada respiración.

Is the air in this season, Arrives with indescribable gifts, to contemplate, to sensing and learn, How we can describe the experience of be alive in this moment, there is no words, no explanations;
This warm air, the infinite horizon like the ocean, with magnificent colors, Is the grass, when you put your feets on it, is the fragance of trees and flowers, is the perception of all this, and is all together, a cosmos, a unity; we are this, we are nature;
Is the flourishing of consciousness, and individual and social spring, ¿How i can describe the perception of this instant of reality? There is only symbols: words, numbers, graphics, etc. Is not music! Is not the Essence… We have learn to respect and care of Nature only in our minds, but not in our hearts, in our Essence. The Essence of this precise instant is for our profound consciousness, is our opportunity to learn in this earth;
To perceive this is necessary attention and focus in this precise instant, moment by moment, and realize the infinite manifestation of life in every second, in every breath.
II.
Después de la primavera y sus luchas.
Vientos de verano llegan, la nueva estación se siente en el aire; días extraños, días difíciles, de preguntas, de luchas, emociones fuertes y esperanzas. El viento de la costa llega, acaricia, Y las olas tendrán que lavar la sangre, el viento enseñarnos a acariciar, y la sal tendrá que penetrar hasta los huesos; Limpiar, sanar y restaurar; recibir lo nuevo, aprender de todo lo vivido en nosotros, nuestro país y nuestra tierra. Deberemos entender que la conciencia está esperando a ser recordada, recuperada. Los eventos y discursos pasan, y el sentir de la conciencia queda.
El viento del océano tiene que golpear muchas veces nuestro rostro y corazón, limpiar nuestro ser, darle nuevas fuerzas, y acariciar las partes profundas que han sido olvidadas.
En el mundo de la distracción dejamos de ver y sentir a nuestro propio ser, a los otros seres y la naturaleza. Y es tiempo de recordar, amar, despertar

After the spring and the fights
Summer winds arrive, the new season is felt in the air; strange days, difficult days, of questions, struggles, strong emotions and hopes. En cada respiración vida, en cada percepción una oportunidad de ser libre. Cada paso es un nuevo comienzo para tu libertad. Tu puedes vivir sin miedos, ciegos deseos, apegos, y amar la vida como es. Incluso en las peores circunstancias tu puedes escoger tu actitud. En medio de Matrix, del juego social y los medios, Tu puedes entrenar tu mente y corazón para estar sereno y firme; Depende de ti, Veo hermosos paisajes, y escucho melodías celestiales, todo eso es parte de tu propia alma, y debes encontrar el camino hacia tu hermosa conciencia, y estar despiert@ y completa% vivo en esta oportunidad de estar con la vida.🍀🌻🌅.

Percepción / Perception.
La vida misma, cambiando, cuando las hojas caen o cuando todo florece, es nuestra vida, con sus estaciones, cambios y transformaciones; Todo es impermanente, todo puede cambiar o perderse pero nuestra percepción está siempre presente para ver y sentir la realidad; Nuestras mentes y corazones deben estar serenos, necesitamos aprender a vivir en el instante Presente, es todo lo que tenemos. Nuestra verdadera fuerza reside dentro de nosotros, esa parte de nosotros que nadie puede quitarte; Más allá de pensamientos y sentimientos reside un océano de paz y poder; Esa percepción puede ser desarrollada, puede florecer en el propio espíritu. El instante de infinito dentro de nosotros puede ser más y más extenso y permanente con tiempo y presencia; Es nuestro derecho de nacimiento alcanzar la liberación en nuestras mentes, corazones y almas.

Life itself, changing, when the leaves fall or when all is flourishing, is our life, with the seasons, changes and transformations, All is impermanent, all can change or be Lost but our perception is always Present to see and feel reality; Our minds And hearts must be still, We need to learn to live in the Present moment, is all that we have.
Our real strength resides whitin us, that part of us that nobody can take from you. Beyond thoughts and feelings lies an ocean of Peace and power. That perception can be developed, can be flourished in the spirit. That instant of infinite inside us can be more and more longer and permanent with time and presence. Is our birth right to reach liberation in our minds hearts and souls.

Aún en medio de divisiones, sufrimientos y destrucciones encuentro unión, alegría y creación.
Aún en medio de emergencia climática y disrupción social encuentro un Presente lleno de pura vida vibrante, de seres que inflaman el alma y corazón, y me hacen comprender que aún se puede dar la lucha, que vivimos momentos históricos únicos.
En medio de dolores y alegrías encuentro espacios de paz, comprensión y liberación.
