Socrates encontró la Paz en medio de los conflictos de su época.

Sócrates sirvió como soldado de Atenas, y le tocó participar en un combate en la isla de Potidaea, donde experimentó lo mas crudo.

Después de un combate en Potidaea, fue tan intenso lo que vivió que entró en profunda meditación, se dice que se quedó toda una noche y un día de pie mirando el horizonte en la playa, observando el océano, buscando ciertas respuestas, y ahí llegó a una súbita iluminación.

La enseñanza que captó en ese momento fué grande, y de ahí nos trajo la frase ‘Nada puede dañar tu alma’, es nos enseñó. Lo importante es tu conciencia, si la sigues y eres íntegro, no importa lo que haga el mundo, tu esencia sigue en pie.

Al final en un evento y juicio muy extraño Fue condenado por la misma democracia a la muerte. Pero su enseñanza de vida quedó, así que fue y es inmortal.

Socrates found Peace in midst of conflicts of his time. Socrates served as a soldier for Athens, and participated in a combat in the island of Potidaea, where he experienced the harshest nd terrible aspects of combat.

Nos levantamos hacia el camino solar,
Los mas altos y nobles ideales,
Una ola que después es mar y océano.
Que llegará a las ciudades, continentes, corazones,
A eliminar el engaño, control y manipulación,
La Hubrys de la soberbia tendrá castigo,
A reestablecer la luz original,
Con la conciencia y naturaleza,
Y a dar cumplimiento a las profecías,
Paso a paso crece la ola,
Se unen con otras poderosas ondas,
Hasta ser un mar,
Un Océano.

Detenerse y mirar / Stop and Look

¿Nos tomamos el tiempo para detenernos y escuchar en nuestras ocupadas vidas?, respirar y observar esos pequeños detalles que están aquí, pero que se nos pasan de largo por estar apurados o encerrados en nuestras mentes. Si nos detenemos por un momento a observar y sentir nos cargamos de energía, creatividad, paz y fortaleza. Y nos recarga para continuar con nuestras actividades diarias. ¿Es esto pura poesía o palabras?, la verdad que es un auténtico poder. Es lo mas elemental de nuestra energía como seres vivos, de nuestro crecimiento y evolución en este planeta. Es impresionante como cuando prestas Atención de manera deliberada y sin distracción tu ser se llena de energía, de vitalidad y a la vez de una calma profunda. Esa facultad de atención ya está comprobada como energizante y sanadora por miles de estudios. Podría consultar toda la literatura de mindfulness y ya tendría miles de libros. Pero esto viene desde mucho antes. En civilizaciones ancestrales ciertas personas lograron entender esto y se transformaron en sabios de su tiempo, y crearon civilización y cultura. Esta facultad de atención te conecta con tu conciencia que a la vez es algo que permea toda la existencia. Ahí viene la vitalidad, la creatividad y mucho mas. Y además te hace conocer tu ser, lo cual es positivo en esta época de distracción constante, y esa fuerza interior te permite ir liberándote de toda esa matrix social en que se juega hoy en día. Si te das el tiempo de detenerte aunque sea un minuto o dos o tres cada día, y observar, escuchar, y prestar atención, verás los cambios transformadores en tu vida.

¿Shall we take the time to hold and study our busy lives?, breathe and see those little details that are here, but we miss them because we are in a hurry or locked in our minds. If we stop for a moment to observe and feel, we are charged with energy, creativity, peace and strength. And it recharges us to continue with our daily activities. Is this pure poetry or words? The truth is that it is an authentic power. It is the most elemental of our energy as living beings, of our growth and evolution on this planet. It is impressive how when you pay attention deliberately and without distraction, your being is filled with energy, vitality and at the same time with a deep calm. This faculty of attention has already been proven as energizing and healing by thousands of studies. I could look at all the literature on mindfulness and I would already have thousands of books. But this goes back much further. In ancient civilizations, certain people managed to understand this and became wise men & woman of their time, and created civilization and culture. This faculty of attention connects you with your conscience, which in turn is something that permeates all existence. That is where vitality, creativity and much more come from. And it also makes you know your being, which is positive in this time of constant distraction, and that inner strength allows you to free yourself from all that social matrix that is played out today. If you take the time to stop for even a minute or two or three every day, and observe, listen, and pay attention, you will see the transformative changes in your life.

Ci prendiamo il tempo per fermarci e ascoltare nelle nostre vite frenetiche, respirare e notare quei piccoli dettagli che sono qui, ma che ci mancano perché siamo di fretta o chiusi nelle nostre menti. Se ci fermiamo un attimo ad osservare e sentire, ci carichiamo di energia, creatività, pace e forza. E ci ricarica per continuare con le nostre attività quotidiane. È pura poesia o parole? La verità è che è autentico potere. È la parte più elementare della nostra energia come esseri viventi, della nostra crescita ed evoluzione su questo pianeta. È impressionante come, quando presti attenzione deliberatamente e senza distrazioni, il tuo essere sia pieno di energia, vitalità e allo stesso tempo di profonda calma. Migliaia di studi hanno già dimostrato che questa facoltà di attenzione è energizzante e curativa. Potrei sfogliare tutta la letteratura sulla consapevolezza e avrei già migliaia di libri. Ma questo risale a molto prima. Nelle civiltà antiche, alcune persone riuscirono a capirlo e divennero uomini saggi del loro tempo e crearono civiltà e cultura. Questa facoltà di attenzione ti connette con la tua coscienza, che allo stesso tempo è qualcosa che permea tutta l’esistenza. Ecco che arriva vitalità, creatività e molto altro ancora.
